I have a fractured jaw and two breaks in my orbital bone [wiki it 8DDDD]
I can't go out in the sun or have gum for a year.
The summer sucks and I'm going to high school.
I don't get to go to Florida or see my brother this year.
The man who ran me over, hit the high school crossing guard last year.
I stayed in the hospital for less than 6 hours, and they're charging us, basically, about, $800 an hour.
I was unconscious for about 25 minutes, under the truck and woke up in the ambulance later on.
I lost enough blood that someone thought I was a deer on the road and also left a stain that washed away about a week later.
I had about 7 stitches out, and have about 23-27 in my head.
I get heat flashes every now and then and about 5 of my stitches have come out of my head.
I got out of gym for the rest of the year, and missed most of Field Day.
My end of the year grades weren't the best, but I still passed.
I haven't crossed the street that I was run over on since the accident, and don't plan on it.
People said I was lucky a lot.
Other's at school laughed and said I deserved it. Reason unknown.
